What is Massage ?

Massage is an ancient and natural therapy. It has been used throughout history and in many cultures to promote health and well being.

Massage uses the simple yet profound power of touch. Its benefits are many and include strengthening of the immune system, soothing away stress and tension and relieving aches and pains. This treatment, like many other holistic treatments is particularly effective at tackling stress.

Also known as holistic or Swedish massage, the oil massage treatment I offer is both a relaxing and stimulating.

Using oils, the therapist manipulates the client’s soft body tissue, helping to

  • improve skin and muscle tone;
  • rid the body of toxins; and
  • improve circulation.

When you receive a massage you can relax deeply in a safe, calm and supportive environment.


Thai Yoga Massage

What is Thai Yoga Massage ?

Thai Yoga Massage stretches the body and works on energy meridians. Receiving Thai  Yoga Massage is like a yoga workout, where the therapist supports and stretches your body.

Contrary to popular belief, Thai Yoga Massage originated in India over 2000 years ago. It is known as a powerful healing art, which comprehensively works the whole body through pressure points (similar to acupuncture) applied yoga and assisted stretching. It gives a very thorough energetic and uplifting re-balancing, as well as releasing physical tension and restoring well-being.


The therapist can vary the degree of intensity of the movements depending on the needs and preferences of the Client

What Does It Do?

Thai Yoga Massage leaves the body more mobile and the mind and emotions feeling clearer and lighter. Patients report having more energy, sleeping better, being more flexible and well-aligned. A Thai Yoga massage can leave you feeling energized and ready to face the world
